“I have never received my order.
Usually I always check on a tracking service where my order currently is. For this particular order, it always showed that it was still in process, which is very weird (I placed the order on the 5. October 2023, it is the 18. November now)
After one month of waiting for my order I wrote an email to the customer service. I received an automated message, saying that I will be contacted within 48 hours - nothing came. Sad to have this experience with this brand, since their swimsuits are actually good. I once bought one at a store but they stopped carrying GlideSoul, that’s why I wanted to order it from their website.”
“Made an order 1 month ago. Didn't receive the order yet and they don't reply to any of my emails. I don't find any phone to call to on the website.

“Like other customers, I returned a swimsuit in July - largely due to poor quality. It was very thin and nearly see through.
It's nearly January and despite several emails where they say that their team will look into, I have received nothing back.”

I have returned item and they confirmed by email that they have been received it and said that money should be refund with in 30 days. I have sent them reminder that I still have not received money they responded with apologies but money stil has not been refunded. And now last 2 email are left with no response what so ever. This is not just £50. Items are expensive. I am disappointed with service. Not recommending anyone to buy this brand if you dont want to lose money. I am waiting my refund since August and last email which is ignored in November 21st.”
“I returned items to Glidesoul and they have not refunded me despite having acknowledged receipt of the items back.
This has happened to me twice. The first time I have to involve my credit card company to get my refund. I am now going to have to do it again. Glidesoul have stopped responding to my emails”
