“First at all I did send an email asking information about the unlimited plan to Colombia and got no answer whatsoever. That should have told me something, but I went ahead and bought it today. It worked two times, but the reception was bad I keep hearing myself back and a lot of different noises on the background, the third time I tried to place a phone call it never went through, didn't even connect. I dislike everything about this platform. I am kindly asking for my money back as I dont want to keep dealing with this bad service.

“Yo tengo un Iphone y la aplicacion no sirve, tengo que llamar con un numero de acceso que me dan, la aplicacion no me permite llamar directo desde mis contactos, ademas de que me pide mi codigo y contraseña cada vez que lo voy a usar y se caen las llamadas al minute, he llamado al servicio al cliente varias veces y nada, solo me dan otro codigo de acceso, en donde tengo que llamar a la Antigua, marcando manualmente un numero y despues el numero a donde voy a llamar, lo que require que me sepa de memoria todos los numerous a los que voy a llamar, muy decepcionado”
