“V good survice , only problem was didn't get a vat receipt as of yet.”

“Had difficulty with my password onto website which happens every time I try to purchase. When I finally managed to access my account the purchase was simple. The items are of good quality and arrived within 36 hours which is brilliant. Have used customer services in the past due to website access problems and they have been very friendly and polite and placed my orders for me so praise due for customer service from them. Incidentally I am female (Anne) not Male as per the email request sent to me -annoyed by error.”

“Delivery was fast despite ordering during Xmas/New Year period. Not sure about product as have not used yet. Hopefully will be of usual standard.”

“Quick, efficient service. Well packed. Unfortunately the 'Special Instruction' box is not filled in on the package so delivery company are not able to read them. This happened on my last order and I was told this would be rectified but it wasn't.”

“delivered the following day, absolutely brilliant, good strong box. the only negative is that a couple of the glove boxes were squashed and open and yet the box they came in was a strong box.”

“Delivery was excellent, ordered on a Sunday and received Tuesday. Unfortunately 'special delivery instructions' were on the invoice and not printed on the address label for delivery man to see!”
