i enjoyed using my mop for about six months but now the hole is leaking and dripping endlessly not sure if repairable

Great Supplies has not made me very happy. I have become confused with the name Great Supplies and Gloveman. My Paypal account states that I ordered vinyl gloves from Gloveman, and yet Great Supplies asks me for a review. I have been quite worried by this and have had to check and recheck my accounts and also speak to your very helpful assistant Jen who assures me you are one and the same company. I think at least when communicating with a customer, and asking for a review, that you should state Great Supplies ( item purchased ) in brackets so that the customer knows that you are the same company. Also the invoice I received with the vinyl gloves does not mention anything about Great Supplies, and the Great Supplies request does not mention anything about Gloveman Supplies!!

Ordering easy. Product good. Delivery time a bit long. Ordered Thurs didn't receive until Monday which is not 48 hr delivery. Courier companies that don't deliver at weekends. - Nightmare!

Dear Lesley. To try and keep our delivery charges and costs down we have state that we allow two working days for delivery, and therefore weekend deliveries are not an option presently as they cost far too much. We are looking at having several delivery options added in the future so the customer can choose their preferred delivery method. Kind regards Steve

The disposable aprons were so cheap that they were unusable. I selected the more expensive ones but had to throw them in the bin.

The gloves are fine and do the business. the plastic bag holding 4 boxes of globes was damaged and appeared to have been damp inside so that the boxes were damaged and need to be taped to hold them closed i would have been happy with standard and less expensive delivery but could not find that option

I find the site a bit clunky and have had three transactions that have been unsuccessful. I have had to follow these up each time. therefore it has been time consuming to make my order!

I ordered 5 boxes of powder free latex gloves (large) on 21/08/14 and paid for them by debit card, I was informed that they would be delivered after 1100 hrs on 26/08/14 this is to take into account the bank holiday, at the time of writing the delivery has not arrived.I contacted the office and was advised that the logistics lady had gone to lunch circa 1230 hrs but that upon her return I would receive an email detailing an arrival time. It`s a pity they do not have in a place a tracking system which I can track. Other companies I have used in the past do have this system in place (DHL, Pestfix, SX Environmental, Courier Queen etc) allowing me to know whether I have to waste a day waiting for a delivery or whether I can go ahead with my business knowing the delivery time in advance

For starters I've been a customer for a few years now this is the first review I've been asked for! I'm Mrs not Mr. Also in the past year I think the formula has been changed in the gloves I have as my nails now peel and nothing as far as I'm concerned has changed. Also an option to pay on account would be preferred as I used to. My husband used to pick my gloves up from Redruth but he can no longer do this so I have to store twice as many to get free delivery when I'm only a short way from the factory!

I am sure the goods you sent to me were in perfect condition, but when I collected my package from Citylink parcel company and got home, the goods inside were very battered. I purchased 2 boxes of sterile gloves, and both boxes required sellotaping so I wasn't a happy customer!!!

arrived very quickly but both boxes of gloves were open and I nearly returned them but my disability makes such action insuperable.

package arrived wet. Boxes inside were crushed and open.All the gloves were out of the boxes.
