Engineer arrived to fix broken washing machine , which we told exactly what problem was.
No spares with him even though it’s a common fault. Couldn’t find part no…to which my husband did. Finally when they found the part, they thought 3 weeks for delivery, not including an appointment for fitting was acceptable.
Would give NO STARS . Circus🤡
