When I rang to cancel they refused to give me a full refund and charged me £60. Call handlers are unhelpful. Purely a money making company. ”

“ Have been waiting over a week for one small pipe for a Hotpoint washing machine. It’s hardly a major part. Have had no updates from them and have had to call on several occasions. Definitely wouldn’t sign up to this company ever again. They are quick enough to take your money and then nothing. Very poor customer service. ”

“ Avoid! I regret ever contacting this company. I was persuaded to buy a go assist membership to save money on a washing machine job. The operator failed to explain this was a 12 month membership contract with a £50 cancellation fee. In fact he suggested the opposite as I originally intended just to pay the full price for the job. The job itself was only half done and the communication with the engineer was extremely poor 100% avoid this company, awful service and disingenuous ”

“ Do NOT use this service. Just phone a local engineer. They attempt to upsell to some extremely expensive membership which offers zero benefit as their prices are above market standard. The cost of a call out with them is significantly above the cost of sourcing an engineer directly and there is absolutely no recourse if the engineer turns up and can’t complete a repair. You just pay £140 for no outcome at all. Avoid at all costs. ”
