“I booked through this agency thinking it would be fine, and to be fair, everything probably works until something goes wrong.
In my case, a flight delay made my connection impossible. The connection was covered, and I was told by customer service that I would be rebooked on a direct flight the following morning. I was told to wait for a confirmation email.
That email never arrived.
From the afternoon until late at night, I kept calling, emailing, and using the chat. Every time I spoke to someone, I was transferred to another department, repeating the same story over and over, with no one actually solving anything.
At 1:30 AM, with the flight leaving in a few hours, I still had no ticket, no confirmation, and no clear answer. I eventually lost the only direct flight available and had to postpone my trip by three days.

“I’d give 0 stars if I could. They NEVER sent me my ticket. I called customer service and they said their email system is down and that’s why I didn’t get my ticket. They told me to look up the ticket on their website. It wasn’t showing up. I never got my ticket and they refused to refund me. Customer service even told me that it’s my problem and was rude over the phone. Had to buy another ticket through another agency.”
