“I was extremely happy after receiving a very reasonable deal through GoCompare. At the time of taking insurance however I was promised a free £250 excess with ‘paperwork to follow shortly’. Around 6 weeks on I am still waiting for paperwork for this and both e-mails I have sent have been ignored! Not the service that I was expecting : (”
