“May be a one off, but I am really disappointed with Go Compare on this occasion. Have used GC previously and all went well until the payment to General Accident was to be made. On three occasions on two days, I tried to pay only to get a screen saying that the process has timed out. Lost interest and went to Money Supermarket. Sorry Gio!”

“Simple enough to do through gocompare, but once you transfer to the chosen supplier,things seem to go awry. Closed website, timed website that doesn’t give you enough time to complete documentation before having to start all over again. Agents who can’t trace your quote numbers or retrieve a quote. All needs addressing.”

“The problem is what we fill in regarding our requirements for our car insurance isn’t what you get from the insurance company. For example if you fill in the expected mileage of between 1000 & 10,000 the insurance companies estimate the price on only 1000 miles. Then charge you more for the mileage you need. I know they would say you should read the policy but you do expect to get what you have asked for.”
