“May be a one off, but I am really disappointed with Go Compare on this occasion. Have used GC previously and all went well until the payment to General Accident was to be made. On three occasions on two days, I tried to pay only to get a screen saying that the process has timed out. Lost interest and went to Money Supermarket. Sorry Gio!”

“Simple enough to do through gocompare, but once you transfer to the chosen supplier,things seem to go awry. Closed website, timed website that doesn’t give you enough time to complete documentation before having to start all over again. Agents who can’t trace your quote numbers or retrieve a quote. All needs addressing.”
