“All I wanted to do was insure my car with my wife as additional driver, and for her to insure her car with me as additional driver. The proved too difficult as the site would not accept the details. Gave up!”

“I appreciate that prices can change but it seems you are fed prices that are way off of the price asked for when taking out a car insurance. I can't see any use in using a service that offers such a large incorrect price”

“There was no facility for changing information which you distorted; specifically you did not ask for the proposer's first name and then attributed the spouse's name to the proposer.... Thus we had Mr Femalename Surname. Also it was unclear what features were included and which were optional and whether options had been registered and whether they were included in the final quotation. An absolute nonsense...life is too short and I will endeavour to sit face to face with a real human to get what I want, and know what I am getting insured for.”

“Been trying over an hour to access a dine out app. which I was awarded for buying car insurance from Gocompare on line -- waste of time, and there are no places near my area to eat on the list anyway. Absolute rubbish.”

“17 years no claims and driving half way around the world. So why punish me for the faults of others around my postcode....... unbelievable and highly unfair. You should charge higher prices to people who claim bit those who dont..... common sense really.”

“You order goods and they rather get Delivered 3 months later or they don't arrive at all also if they do arrive they break after a couple of days.”

“I received a quote from your site, but when i went to take up the offer of pet insurance, the quote doubled! You already had the size and breed of dog, so i think it's bang out of order to provide a quote for the smallest dog possible, and not the one i advised you that i owned.”
