“I wanted to register my son as the policy holder on the quote - I used an already existing quote where I was the policy number and there was no option to change. I thought I had done by putting him as named driver. This meant there were several wrong details and I basically had to cnecl the quote having accepted and start again costing time and money - not great”

“Whether it be Go Compare, Compare The Market, MoneySupermarket you are all showing the same companies with very similar pricing and all charge more the day after a quote. That makes all of the comparison sites void of being useful. Going back to the old method of trolling through the cheapest insurance companies as 1 now and again will have a promo on. Also with them keeping your data nowadays that also makes the comparison sites useless. Bye bye comparison sites....”

“I was looking for a car so I had a quote off yourselves before I bought it the quote was £543 so I bought the car. Then when I came to insure it I found that the quote was £700 so it is very misleading to customers.”

“Just felt car insurance prices was way to high even thou iv no claims bonus. If I was 18 I could understand but 50 year old at quote of 900 plus that been driving 28 years company lorry's or vans was a bad joke.”

“Found that only two of the companies gave reasonable quotes the rest extortionate and the one company I tried to pay for insurance gave one price online,declined payment, and I then had to ring and buy and the price was £80 more expensive,plus staff very rude!”

“Really annoying that I got a price of £178 quoted on March 4th, and when I put a start date in of March 5th 2018, but when I state I am buying the car on March 5th, the price jumps nearly £100. Why is that? What changes the insurance risk by saying I am buying the car on the date I want the insurance to start? I have now taken my business elsewhere”

“I was very disappointed with insure to drive I filled a form in stating what I needed then paid £69 upfront then when I rang them they didn't cover what I asked for then when refunded me was charged £25 five days before insurance was due to start not impressed”
