“The top quote provided was ‘quote me happy’, who unfortunately operate an online response for claims only. I’m therefore unable to obtain clarification on points within their policy quote and these points are not within their FAQ’s. Therefore it’s not a viable quotation and I will be forced to go to an alternative provider and pay more money.”
