“I thought it had gone well until today. When I received a message from my phone provider informing me I had opted in to paying for a premium sms text reminder for next time my insurance renewal is due. Very unhappy about this. Maybe my stupidity but feel duped and it has cost me, something which I do not want to pay for so do beware if you get a quote and then get message to ask if you would like a reminder.”
