“My renewal price for car insurance (through the RAC)had a substantial and unjustified hike. Irritated, I decided to see what Gocompare might produce - I haven't time to approah every insurer individually, of course. Go Compare came up with many quotes for exactly the same specification as the RAC, and I chose Liverpool Victoria at about half the price. Good deal, happy bunny, and when I rang the RAC to say I wouldn't renew with them, nobody was in the least interested why a long-term customer (ten years or so) would go elsewhere. Thanks, Go Compare.”

Select the 'Free excess protection cover' tab at the top of the screen or after pressing the silhouette of the head and shoulders in the top right. Select the policy you have purchased or the 'Complete the form manually' link. Check that the redemption form is completed accurately. Choose how you would like the documents to be sent (Email/Post). Sometimes internet history can affect the way a website functions, so you could try clearing your internet history, cookies and cache.
