Unfortunately, due to the very extenuating circumstances resulting from the Coronavirus outbreak, some insurers have been experiencing difficulties in being able to speak to all customers. They are taking steps to try and remedy this, but as I’m sure you will appreciate, this is a very fast moving situation and it is proving to be challenging.
