“You give a cheap price with all extras included but when past to proper insurance site to put in details you have to put them back in as they are not ticked and the the price goes up as it's not a true like for like quote. Luckily my previous insurance broker showed me where it goes wrong. Not impressed at all.”

However, you may have been upgrading the additional cover on the insurers website. For example on GoCompare.com you may have added the standard level of cover for legal assistance, however on the insurers site they are offering this cover at an upgraded level.
