“Obtaining the quotations was very good, however, passwords are a real problem as my wife's car insurance was also due and we had many problems with passwords in getting the application through. I now have a request from you to claim the free Excess Cover but again I am unable to deal with because of password failure. HELP!”

“Your web site was easy to use, however, one item made me irritable! Why must I start filling in the questionnaire before finding out the renewal process cannot be completed if the insurance has more than 30 days to run. If the question, 'When do you want the renewal to commence' was at the beginning, it would be more helpful! Once I had overcome the problem, the rest was easy and I saved approximately £200. Many thanks!”
