My son just passed his test and because he took a part time job in telesales for a debt collector you couldn't quote him. My son is training to be a pilot and has 7 A's and your company refused to insurance him because of his job ... he is only 17 ... extremely disappointed in your company Regards Neil smith

Finally settled and agreed a premium with Hastings re: Mercedes. However getting through on telephone was horrific! Agreement finally took two whole days to settle!!

You sent me an email implying my insurance was running out the next day .... the fact was I wasn't even insured with go compare and my insurance still had 29 days to run . I stupidly renewed my insurance thus wasting a month of insurance

I got a quote from Churchill accepted it tried to pay with my Amex Card Told technical problem not my fault and to phone them! Wasted 20 minutes! I got another quote from Privilege accepted it tried to pay with my Amex Card Told technical problem not my fault and to phone them! Wasted another 20 minutes! Really unhappy and decided to stay with existing insurer Esure. No apology or explanation received.

The insurer that you've put me with have taken my money and given me my certificate. They keep telling me that they have sent it and then ignoring me when I tell them it's not with me. And now I can't get hold of them

Paid over £200 pounds deposit. Then couldn't get on ins site or get answers to emails. I've reported them as they seem crooked. I've asked my bank to get the money back

It was a shambles trying to receive a motor insurance quote. dealing with L. V. there is always a problem in trying to pay for the cover.Three years running they have failed to accept my credit card for payment.This is the only company thro out the year where its failed. Why is THAT.

I am now in a position because the info sent to the insurance company was wrong ie ltd company doesn't come up on their system as a proposer I am forced either to except their crap quote or pay £50 thanks for nothing
