“Comprehensive cover at a good price. The only negative was the time spent waiting on the phone and two phone transfers to get to somebody who could make the transaction. I would normally do on-line but the page would not load after the transfer from Go Compare.”

“Easy to use and edit your details. Quotes obtained were substantially less than my renewal quote. However when I was transferred to the cheapest site the price had increased (however was still a large saving).”

“The system is a little complicated for oldies like me. It would help if there were more explanations rather than seeming to assume that everyone is computer literate. You are not alone in this as most sites are the same. Please do not think I am making criticism on the core business just a little on finding a way through the jungle of information.
