“Yes I like to compare prices but would like it better if you could get the full price from the start instead of price change at the end . Why can't relevant questions be asked at the beginning such -- breakdown---no claims discount etc: it would be much better.”

“I liked GoCompare for the speed with which I could have a quote. And I accepted one of them. I liked that they gave me £250 excess free - but I'd already got that with my quote. But I didn't like all the questions about my age and family. I found that quite intrusive. Perhaps all insurance quotes are like that? My husband died recently, so I wasn't up on how to do everything.”
