“All went well till it came to pay, Entered Card details .....Rejected not known !! Re entered, no joy !! Probably because you had an old card number on file ?.............system not flexible for the older generation, so invoked plan B and phoned L V direct, sorted in minutes using a human, amazing they still exist and also work. So after an adventurous afternoon yesterday I got the policy I wanted but lost out on your generous £250 offer, Hey ho what a farce. DM”
