“I have been unable to get through to Hastings Direct via Go Compare to take out a new insurance cover for my car. The website will not let me complete the registration and take payment. I have made MANY attempts but cannot proceed !! Perhaps someone can help me ? Is there anyone on the end of the telephone?”
