“I was happy with the overall product I purchased from my chosen seller, however, there was an error with it which required a refund. I contacted the seller who was apologetic and communicative, however, they had no control over processing the refund.
They had to contact GoEthical on a number of occasions and I emailed the customer support of GoEthical twice myself, never getting a response.
1 month later I did receive the refund, however, never received any contact from them.
I don't like to write badly of small businesses especially those promoting ethical brands, but I highly do not recommend GoEthical for their complete lack of customer service.”

The refund process takes up to 10 business days, so some of this time was out of our control with our payment processor, Stripe.
