“Can’t thank Richard & Nick enough for their professionalism and expertise. We initially went to Tapi Carpets but felt like we were a burden when asking for their time to go through stuff and to obtain a quote. We were recommended to Go Floor It by long standing friends and the difference was very evident 5 minutes after walking through their door. Despite timescale issues that go with buying a new build and having to change the fitting dates that were booked in weeks in advance on a couple of occasions they were able to get the whole job without a fuss and we cannot thank them enough that we now have a new home that we can finally move into for Christmas. Richard & Nick I will certainly be recommending you guys to all my friends and family.”

“Great in store advice, prompt visit for the quote and short delivery time. Slight miss understanding of information between the shop and fitters but fitters were good and explained the options and gave good advice. Fitters unfortunately cut an alarm wire but immediately got someone in to fix it at their cost. Great job, lovely floor.”

“First time customer and what a wonderful service I received from first walking into the shop to saying good bye to the fantastic chap ( Platinum Flooring) who did the fitting. The work was done to perfection. Now to enjoy. Would give it five stars but the stars did not light up when touched.”
