“I have been trying since June to get hold of somebody at Go Girl in order to cancel my policy!!!
I have tried calling – nobody answers and eventually the call is cut. I have tried sooooo many times !!!! I can send you a call log to prove this.
I have sent numerous emails – NO REPLY TO DATE!!
I have sent an enquiry via the website – NO REPLY TO DATE!!!
They have taken my instalment at the end of June and also at the end of July. and yet I have not had a car since June!!!
I do not know how else to get hold of anybody. It is the worse possible customer service I have ever experienced.
As I am typing this irate email, I am also on the phone trying to get hold of them – AGAIN!!! I HAVE BEEN HOLDING FOR 41 MINUTES AND 27 SECONDS THUS FAR!!! Should I keep waiting all day?!!
Please can SOMEBODY get back to me.
I have cancelled my direct debit – and low and behold I get an email from them saying that I need to rectify this!!! Incredible!!”

Sorted car insurance for my partner, added myself as a named driver, came to £500approx…. Looked into putting her daughter on the policy as a provisionally licenced driver which cost an extra £100 so agreed to that. Last week her daughter passed her test and took out her own insurance policy (thankfully not with gogirl) so my partner did the honest thing and called up to advise gogirl of the change. She was quoted £550 to add her daughter to the policy or £120 to REMOVE her daughter and the only explanation given was that insurance premiums can fluctuate!?! My question of why it should increase the premium by, essentially, £220 (£100 to insure the daughter and £120 to remove her) was met with, its in the small print…. So people, if you decide to go with the cheaper companies on price comparison websites as you dont have the funds to go more reputable, PLEASE read the small print or you could end up being stung if your circumstances change…”
