“Bought the patio grout it was delivered very quickly and although I didn't have a lot of confidence in my ability it was so easy to use anyone can do it the patio looks like new also really easy to brush up the excess when dry and doesn't stain the slabs excellent product”

“I apologise for the negative review, but I feel I have no other option at this point. I placed an order for a salt stain/efflorescence remover on 8 December, and as of 15 December, I have still not received the product. I have also emailed customer service to raise this issue and have yet to receive any response. The lack of communication and delay in delivery has been disappointing and comes across as unprofessional. I hope this message prompts a member of your team to investigate this matter promptly and arrange an immediate refund. Tom”

“I'm extremely disappointed with this experience. My item has been marked as delivered by Evri, but it was never delivered to my address. The delivery “proof” photo clearly shows the parcel still inside the courier’s car, not at my front door. I contacted Glean immediately and provided the photo as evidence, but I have received no response so far. As a customer, this lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I am still waiting for my item or a proper resolution.”

“I purchased the composite sink restorer. It was a last ditch effort to try to restore a black sink that looked terrible with big white patches. It worked brilliantly and the sink looks like new again.”

“I am delighted with this product. My black sink has had brownish large marks on base. I assumed from the times coffee/tea dregs were tipped in and not even rinsed away. Improved care had stopped it getting worse but didn't get rid of the long-term - at least a couple of years - marks. I was so lucky to come across this product. I followed the instructions of cleaning and drying sink, applying a thin layer of product, leaving a couple of hours then wiping off. My sink looks brand new! I will maintain it regularly now. The bottle will last a very long time, didn't cost much, had small discount as new customer and free postage. Delivery was prompt. Now I need to research whether they have a product to use on my black, anti slip shower base. Despite thorough cleaning water marks persist round the dimples. I don't know the material and am tempted to try this sink cleaner!!”

“Infuriating. I ordered some patio grout 10 days ago which was supposed to be next day delivery. I still haven’t received it. I can get no information from the Company- they do not respond to emails. I’ll now have to order the same thing elsewhere just to get the job done.”
