“Black Franke kitchen sink -think in honesty just gave up trying to keep it looking smart , ironically visited a merchant whom specialised in the brand in hope they might offer some valuable advice . Needless to say wasted my time. However , I would recommend the product purchased via Glean . The only criticism was bottle top was a fight leaving me with the insert top - thankfully eventually ! Maybe that was just bad luck !!”

“item ordered but didn’t turn up for over a week, contacted the courier (Evri) and got messed around and ignored, so went back to Glean via phone and they were fantastic! Apologised, said what i was thinking “theyve probably lost or damaged it and dont want to say!”, said he’d send me out another one free of charge the very next day, and it turned up just as promised! For anyone else saying their product didnt arrive, it seems to be the courier and not Glean, so make contact and give them a chance.”

“The patio grout was generally easy to use and has set well. The only negative point was that one of the bags, despite being sealed, had started to set and there was a hard portion of around 2kgs which couldn't be used despite attempts to break it up and mix it in.”

“Ordered online and the product arrived within 24 hours, well packaged and at a very competetive price. The water based liquid was used on a slate porch floor which is exposed to the weather. It appears to have done a good job but no idea of effectiveness as it was only painted a week ago.”

“No complaints about the product - it removed grease marks from my new sandstone paving. Very pleased about that! I had paid an optional extra £5 to have the item delivered express next working day. The order was placed on a bank holiday Monday so expected to receive it on Wednesday. It arrived on Friday. Not so pleased.”

“The staff answering the phone quieries line are excellent and, unlike many larger companies, are empowered to solve problems as well as being knowledgeable about their products. Some of the instructions provided on line and on the container were conflicting but seem to have been regualrised now. The product works as advertised but, like other such products, produces a granular finish unlike the one shown in the photos. Quite expensive when used for a larger area but labour costs are minimal!! Time will tell but it appears to have done the job- I'd definitely recommend a wet application.”

“Very impressed with the fast and free delivery service. The product has enhanced our very dull looking dark grey/black coping stones. I would have given it 5 stars but we have winter and frost to come later, so hoping it will look as good when it's been exposed to the elements . It doesn't look a very large bottle, but it does go a long way, so very happy with the product and price.”

“I bought the Back to Black Restorer for a marble fireplace. I was sceptical but it's fantastic! It's really bought it back to life. It's quite watery so takes a few coats but we'll worth it.”
