“I ordered two tubs of patio grout (15/08/25) and was told they would be with me very shortly, this was the case for one tub but unfortunately the other has disappeared into a black hole of a delivery depot (Evri) not only that tub but two subsequent replacements which GleanUK have sent out, one missing item can be overlooked but this is becoming a bad joke and unfortunately reflects badly on GleanUK as they only use Evri for delivery, am still waiting for the second tub to arrive 28/08/25 and need it to complete the job, I would have used a different grout company if I had known it would take this long but unfortunately used the first tub stupidly thinking the second one was arriving presently so am stuck waiting for the item to arrive. Update on 02/09/25 after speaking with customer support I have been told that they are unable to deliver another tub so am left with a half finished patio and having to pay the builder extra to come back to finish the job and goglean unwilling to give me a full refund as they state they delivered one tub so am not entitled to a full refund even with all the extra costs incurred. Moral do not start the job unless 100% of the materials are on site as the supplier may let you down like this one has”

“The product was damaged during delivery (unable to deliver), I have emailed twice over the past week and I have had an email asking for a review before an acknowledgement of my email chasing an update on what is happening eith my damaged product that I’ve not recieved”

“Prompt delivery from the company, but the product I purchased was absolutely useless. Used it as per instructions, but made absolutely no difference. Very very poor indeed!”

“10 days after my order I'm still waiting for delivery, yet I've been asked for a review. I would love to say it has worked, particularly as I ordered this - I thought well in advance - wanting to use it to prepare for a special occasion. I hope the product is better than the delivery service!”

“I was disappointed after buying limestone cleaner to clean some soap water marks off my tiles to find it did nothing, I sent an email to say I followed the instructions and it did nothing but got no response.”

“I used your cleaner to try and remove fresh, clean engine oil off paving slabs. The first 3 cans of spray did not clean it off, although I followed the instructions. As you commented it may need 2 attempts, I purchased 3 more cans. Having repeated the process the oil stain is still apparent. I have now spent circa £60 with no tangible results. Consequently I am very unsatisfied.”
