I had a great experience with Mrs. Doris Ashley Team Recovery. After struggling to get my money back from a fraudulent investment broker, they stepped in and guided me through the recovery process. Their professionalism and expertise made all the difference. I was amazed at how efficiently they managed my case and successfully recovered my lost funds. I highly recommend them to anyone in a similar situation! Contact them for help Email dorisashley71 (@) gmail. Com. WhatsApp+1---(404)--721--56--08

Exactly the same as most of the other reviews. Waste of money. He's (Phil Hogarth) is not a specialist. Cover their own backs on standard stuff like damp, roofs, Japanese Knotweed. Reports are hard to decipher. Had paragraphs cut/pasted obviously from other templates. Commented on stuff I didn't even have like chimney stacks!!!! Emailed and asked them to clarify a few things weeks ago but still waiting for a response. Avoid!

One of the worst surveying company out there. John Clarke was the surveyor for my level 3 survey. He was one of the rudest, unprofessional and unhelpful person I've ever encountered. I've asked them when booked to put someone with some expertise but put him on this and he has only got 1 years of experience. He put so many notes about can't move some small stuff to do some extra checks or he didn't bother at all totally ridiculous. He just done some basic checks and fill in the report and didn't even bother to look at the point mentioned during the booking. Got the report one working week after the survey, it was all basic Tickbox type of report nothing special, somthings are there which I'm already aware of. Called in to discuss some of the points from the report several attempts he straightway doesn't want to talk and doesn't help and kept on saying check the report it's all there he's not gonna do any checking or discussion. He's like what's the point of this call everything is in the report and kept saying I'll disconnect this call as there's no point of having this call. What an utter shambles, I'm not convinced I've got a proper level 3 survey done also concerned he hasn't looked things into details. So yeah total waste of time and money. Avoid at any costs. Thanks but no thanks

Gold Crest surveyors were commissioned by the buyers of our property. Their surveyor arrived 30 mins late and spent most of the visit outside the front of my property vaping. My property had just undergone a £20k refurbishment which i advised the surveyor of the work that had been done. During the visit he knocked over his ladder in the hallway causing damage to the wall on my freshly refurbished house and didn't own up to this and also left an upstairs lights on which wasn't noticed till the evening by a neighbour (the property is empty). On completing the survey I was advised everything was fine and he wished they were all this easy!! When the buyer shared the property report, my initial reaction was that this report was for a different property. As a retired former senior property professional, I was shocked to read so many errors, wild assumptions and a large number of urgent defects to rectify. Also the main body of the survey was relating defects to current building regulations which cant be applied retrospectively. such as ventilation, dpc clearances, drainage. Worrying exmples included cracks in walls caused by broken drains at the front of the property, there was no indepth survey completed or evidence to support this. Also there are no drains at the front and the cracks were actually joins in lining wallpaper with the report stating an urgent survey needed, really! Wild assumptions about the presence of Japaneese knotweed, dangerous gas and electrical installations which are certified by competent trades and a comment stating the boiler doesn't show evidence of servicing, a very dangerous assumption by an unqualified person. Also green staining on the roof which needs washing! A statement stating the render has been freshly applied to cover up cracks with an urgent survey needed, again a wild unsubstantiated assumption. Issues relating to almost every element of the property were highlighted and when surveyed by a different company 98% were found to be wildly inaccurate, dangerous assumptions or guesswork. I could go on with a lot more inaccurate issues written in the so called RICS approved report. In all my years as a property professional, i have never seen such a poor, inaccurate and downright dishonest property condition survey, hence why i feel strongly enough to warn others before they engage the services of Goldcrest. Needless to say like others who have commented on here, their report scared off my buyers leaving me out of pocket and rather annoyed. My former buyers are actively complaining to Goldcrest about the huge errors in the report they paid good money for. I am also raising my concerns with the RICS for their attention. Stay away from this company if you want a quality survey and a smooth sale / purchase of your home. If I could have awarded 0 stars I would

There is a few reviews on here I totally agree if your buyer uses this company .. cancel the sale as other reviews I wish I had My buyer was advised of 30 plus items mostly assumptions, then went on holiday without a follow up to my buyer till he was back... ended up pushing the sale back 4 weeks as didn't explain the issues From gutter specialist (specialist actually stated schoolboy surveyor) Drain specialist, electrical specialist, damp specialist, roof specialist and roof cleaner for aesthetics, roof repairer , boiler specialist plus change boiler to be carbon free 2050 seriously 6 years old, building specialist , chimney specialist and to top it all , Japanese knotwood full page of reds when stated I didn't have any .. u couldn't make it up I actually refused anything more after was told loft insulation not thick enough and quoted from a new build advisory page I have done a complaints letter to company but the damage is done cost me hundreds in specialist with only 1 issue and the guy 'said lucky guess as the reason for the check had nothing to do with the issue'. I've included responses from myself or the specialists They have sent back as I didn't purchase the review there is a conflict of interest ..as they are not specialists so what's the point , one issue wanted addressing

Exactly what we'd hoped. Gold Crest saved us thousands. We could have been i a serious mess without this company. Thank you!

The report we received missed a major defect on the garage roof that was discovered after moving in. After lodging our complaint they have thrown the terms and conditions back at us, because we didn’t get formal quotes for unrelated defects this allows them to squirm free. We have been offered a refund of the fee so they must not value their work! Avoid this firm at all costs the report will include none issues (new facia board on garage) and then when you don’t get a formal quote for a minor cost, they will use that to not honour the massive defect. We are taking the complaint to the independent adjudication.

The initial process was OK, the admin staff well responsive. However, our nightmare experience with Gold Crest started post survey. We went for the most comprehensive survey possible (building) as it was our first time. The report seemed fine but again, we are inexperienced so only know the basics and expect a RIC's certified to pick up on major issues such as damp or subsidence. In this case they failed to check the walls appropriately and when asked, they blamed us / the previous owners for negligence instead of taking any responsibility. Extremely stressful dealing with the 'senior' people at the company.

We employed Gold Crest Surveyors on 3 occasions. This was due to a very difficult search for a new home in a different location in the UK. I am in the building trade and therefore know what to look for in a prospective new home. However, on two occasions they were able to not only confirm my findings but also identify other hidden problems which have saved us thousands! Our third search identified our new home and again confirmed one or two possible concerns but nothing serious - Result! Many thanks to Catherine and Haydn of Gold Crest.
