“Bought two dresses that were advertised as having pockets. Even the lady in the video says they have pockets. I bought two and they don’t. Not as advertised. I emailed 3 weeks ago to give them a chance before leaving negative feedback because I don’t like doing it but no one has bothered replying so customer service doesn’t exist if you have a problem. Won’t buy again and wouldn’t recommend!”
“I ordered an outfit and 8days later I still haven't received it. My order confirmation explained that I would be notified once they have been dispatched and I still haven't got that either. Really disappointed as I thought everything would be ok as I saw the clothes modelled on ireland am. I also ordered clothed on the same day from abroad and Iv received those and spiderweb are in Ireland”
