“Terrible customer service in need of some decent training , I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy from this place , please go else where or save your money and time .
Purchase a few items only to end up faulty after a few weeks , got promised a refund if I sent back , but this didn’t happen they just sent me a replacement. They refuse to answer phone or emails or they will message you but then block you so you can’t reply .
Wish I’d read reviews on trust pilot before I’d ordered.”
“After numerous attempts to contact golf depot , I eventually had a reply to an email , that proposed action by my bank , I was then promised a prompt dispatch , after 4 weeks my purchase has not arrived , do not use things company , they have nothing to sell and nothing to SAY .”
