“I ordered two separate gift baskets, each containing 3 bottles of wine. For all six bottles, I selected the upgrade option and chose a specific brand/variety with a specific upgrade price for each.
When the baskets arrived, none of the bottles were what I had selected. Some were not even the same variety, never mind the brand. In most cases, the wines we received were brands that were 20% to 30% cheaper than what I had selected.
I contacted their customer support, and got a canned answer about how in "rare circumstances" they have to make substitutions. But that the substitutions would be "equal or greater value". Obviously, neither of those statements are true.
Over several back and forth emails, the customer support rep just replied with copy/paste answers and refused even a partial refund.
Very deceptive business practices!”
“They do not disclose in the gift card that you must return within 5 days. I asked for non perishable item to be replaced 13 days after receiving a gift. They refused. The I wood tray was broken. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!”
“This company is terrible to deal with , avoid if you can. My brother ordered a gift basket which contained many things including grapes, orchids, balloon and sparkling wine . Basket was ordered on 12 Dec and was confirmed to arrive on 14 Dec but arrived on 16Dec. The basket was delivered in big box, grapes are rotten, orchid is old , and balloon deflated . When trying to reach customer service and sending photos they want to refund 50% grapes as the customer should have asked for 1 business day delivery which actually was supposed happened but it didn’t. I guess they don’t take responsibility for what companies they offer for delivery nor they ask anyone to have 1 business day delivery when ordering and gift basket has perishable food included. What a joke! Prices are not worth it. Suggest to give your money to company which deserves it.”
“HORRENDOUS SCAM! Ordered a gift basket of olive oil and balsamic vinegar with nuts. Instead they sent cheap barbecue sauce. They cite terms and conditions they never sent saying they are entitled to swap out whatever items they want for different items of equal or greater value and then also admit in writing they sent items of lesser value. They refuse to issue a refund or resolve the manner in any way. ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY THAT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.”

They don't have a real customer service department. I placed an order of "Chocolate Dipped Strawberries Basket" to be sent to my wife (she was out of town staying at a hotel) for Valentines Day. The basket was delivered a day late (Feb 15, 2024) to some stranger at the hotel. When I asked for a refund, or for the order to be shipped to my home address, they replied "This issue is known as Porch Piracy" and refuse to do anything.

“Similar horrible experience as most others. I wish I had read reviews before ordering strawberries with nuts and chocolate. What actually arrived was a clearance item drug store box of stale chocolate, worth about 5 dollars. I was charged $76 for the strawberries. It appears this is the business model. Have pretty pictures of items for a high price on the website and actually deliver clearance drug store candy. Customer service is a joke. Rude, condescending and unhelpful. Read reviews on google, trustpilot and facebook, hundreds of complaints. This business should be shut down.”
“I sent a gift basket with a plant and some food items. The plant was broken and dirt was everywhere in the box and all over open food items. And worst of all, the jars of food were EXPIRED. I tried calling to get a refund and they wouldn't answer the phone”
