“Ordered some sandals which came very quickly, didn't fit properly which was no fault of Bell's Shoes. Return process couldn't have been easier, refund followed quickly. Will try Bell's Shoes again, excellent service.”

“There was a mix up with the box not correctly representing the contents. I rang and spoke straight away to a very efficient lady, Amy who apologised profusely and then proceeded to go to the factory to check all the stock. I then received the correct item with a discount for the inconvenience. I am absolutely thrilled with the service and cannot praise them and Amy highly enough! Thank you.”
