“The shoes were shipped and received very fast. Unfortunately they did not fit. I took them to the original shipper to ship back. The price would have been between $40-$60U.S. There was no pre-paid label in the box. Your prices are good but unfortunately not this particular pair. I also checked the United States Postal Service price to ship but they were the same price. I would have been happy if they would have fit.”

“I was happy with the product.. when I needed to return the wrong size the cost was 1/3 the total price of the purchase..It was very expensive and a hastle !! And there are no exchanges. Not sure I want to go thru it again.. Why do you make it so difficult??? I would hesitate to order again for that very reason.. If you want business from the US you should value our business and make returns easier.”
