“Good price and quality. Have worn then once so far the leather is quite stiff but hoping it will give a bit over time. I normally take a 7 but I bought 7.5 based on other comments glad I did more comfy. Would recommend look very nice.”

“Size 8 was not true to,size I ordered the same boots twice but still not big enough even the wider boots were still tight. The leather seemed very stiff.”

“Hi Unfortunately the website had a bit of a malfunction when I placed the order and so it advised me that I hadn't purchased my item as it was still in the checkout basket and so I was directed back to the site and completed the purchase. I then got an email saying my order had been accepted and then about 5 minutes later I got another email saying that my order had been accepted. So it turns out that I'd accidentally ordered the item twice! Next few days both orders turned up. I'm happy with order (boots) but I do t need two of them. I'm still waiting for my refund - which is taking longer than expected. If this could be prioritised as the glitch on the website caused this. Thanks PS - spoke to their customer services about this and the guy was really helpful and friendly but said that returns aren't being prioritised!”

“I bought a few pairs of Lotus shoes and they are comfy. It's only one pair that was half a size bigger, though I have ordered the same size as the others. Otherwise, I am very pleased with my purchase.”
