“I highly recommend this Company, easy to navigate the Website and easy to order/pay, Delivery was very prompt and the items came intact and didn't leak.”
“I ordered on 31 May but not received until 6th June. By today's standard that is pretty slow. Product described on the website as a Deodorant, In fast it was an Anti -perspirant. Partly my fault as the picture showed an Anti-perspirant.”
Dear Malcolm, Many thanks for taking the time to provide us with this feedback. We're disappointed to learn that you're not fully satisfied with the service you have received from us, and we'd like to clarify this for you.
Please note that as your order was placed late on a Friday afternoon, this was not processed and dispatched by our team until Monday 3rd June. Delivery on 6th June means that in effect, this has reached you in 3 working days. I apologise if this wasn't made clear to you while checking out, or on our Delivery Information page.
You can of course return these items to us if you feel they aren't suitable. Please contact our Customer Services team should you wish to do so.
Best wishes Malcolm, and many thanks again for taking the time to leave us this feedback.
