“Their website allowed me to put items in my basket, pay for them, I received an order number and tracking number....then, too much for their free postage to cover, no wait, management have stopped the order because I might be selling on for profit!!!! SIX days for my card to be refunded. Why was I allowed to put that quantity in my basket in the first place?”

We apologise for not being able to fulfil your order but we aren't set up for bulk orders. Therefore when we receive one it has to be assessed which can take time so we do apologise as this was an error on our end and your order should not have initially been processed.
