“I noined Gorilla around 6 months ago. New to self employment they were great at the start. But ince they have your DD set up they dont seem fussed. Email responses can take days, on one occasion over a week. I find out its due to annual leave. But surely they should have something in place for this. I also submitted my tax return as requested and all info they required. I submitted this in April and I am still awaiting my tax return in July. When I ask the question "how long will it be?" The same answer comes back. " people are on annual leave we will get back to you" not great really and will be looking to move onto anoyher company soon”

“Hello I was shocked by there attitude. Contacted Gorilla Accounting as my business has started to do quite well. They were only interested in getting you to sign up for a £60 a month direct debit. I was then told to put my last 6 months of accounts on an Excel spreadsheet! Never even opened excel before but made 117 entries this morning and sent it over then got an email off Andrew at Bolton saying they dont want my business then he called me and slammed the phone down on me. I guess there not right for my business either !!”
