“I visited the Enfield store on Sunday the 13 January and needed help with a item I had bought at Christmas for my son, unfortunately I could not find the receipt,and was told no problem we will trace it back, on doing this for me they came back twice to say sorry to keep you waiting the shoe manager of the store Mark was so helpful, it is so nice to have good customer service, please if possible pass my great thank on to him.”
