“I contacted this company because I found fraudulent use on my son’s social. I called to advise them that somebody is using his social to work through their agency. I told both the representatives that my son is only 13 and we live in Arizona and have never heard of this agency .The staff was extremely rude. I explained it to two different representatives I was transferred to someone by the name Araceli who continued to talk over me And tell me that my son needs to go in to the office to speak with THEM and they will not provide me any information until then to protect my minor son who is In elementary school and lives with me. I advised them I need something in writing stating that they will close any accounts or anything associated to my minors social because there is now a criminal investigation. She Concluded the call by saying a manager will get back to me.Still no call back. Do not trust this company with your personal information. Unprofessional and careless staff. If you want to work illegally in our country this company will make it happen at the cost of innocent minors!”

“Thought I would work for a couple of days, when I arrived on assignment as hours passed by on the first day I was told no work for several days… this was a huge disappointment… I wish the GotWorx agency would have explained this and they did not - very disappointing. I would not recommend this agency to no one and I was never informed my check was mailed out, since I did direct deposit ..and I am still waiting…… and they will say otherwise but I have everything in my emails and sadly it is all about placing you somewhere and not explaining in detail and truth. Not okay.”
