“I waited over 5 weeks for a reply from elliott chambers and then had to escalate the complaint 5 times before the complaints team got in touch. I still have no paper copy of the only official letter sent to me and cannot open it on line again as it was sent from outside the company and seems to introduce viruses to my laptop.
There are trying to charge me for their service but are not representing me and i have no contract with them!”
