Really poor delivery service. Deliveries are so late (almost 9pm) Poor customer service when trying to find out delivery status

Always well packaged, good portion sizes, brilliant customer service. And no need to visit the crowded supermarkets, saves us so much time, we'll worth the money.

Started off well - good recipes and deliveries arrived on time. Latterly some minor issues with food quality for which we received reimbursement. Last week, box did not arrive and when I contacted Gousto they just sent an automated incident number but have had no contact despite paying for this box. Contacted them again and received a different automated incident number so have cancelled with them. Good service as long as things go well but beware as you’re left high and dry if things go wrong! Disappointed!

We have never had missing items or mouldy food or poor service.

Fab service, delivery on time and packaged well. Amazing recipes. No waste. Inspiring me with confidence with my cooking. Love it!!! My next purchase is a folder for the recipes!!

Recipes are fantastic but sadly I’ve ordered 2 boxes now with missing ingredients. No warning about missing items. When I contacted customer service they added the cost of the items to the Gousto account so inevitably you would have to buy another box to get that money back.

All you get is an automated part-credit (only a couple of quid), or a customer service agent who does the same and promises "to investigate".

Great communication. I know exactly when my order will be delivered. I have enjoyed EVERY meal I have made and we rarely have the same one twice. Cannot fault this service
