“The worst ever customer support award should go to them. Very bad service and hardly get to contact them through phone number provided, can reach them through email only and that also they don't provide resolution after three days. No notification and proper contact for delivery. I didn't receive call for delivery and they cancelled the order without any intimation or no email or message of order status. Incorrect information over call. No proper response on watsapp number. Need to think thousand times to do another business. They will attract customer with referral benefit and new user voucher yet they fail to provide the same offer what's being mentioned and no T&C to reach details.”
“They are liers and unprofessionals. First they send a sms saying they call and could not Reach to schedule the delivery, which was a lie and I couldn’t get in touch with them, they dont replay mails or answer whatsapp. Then they schedule for tomorrow and suddenly they ask my address ( which ofcourse I include in the order) and they find they don’t deliver to my area...only option they give me is to give back the money, I read some reviews saying that they don’t refund so I declined and agree to go to pick in their pick up point next day. They call and they say it is not possible to deliver that they. They say in two days....and i am so frustrated!!!! DONT BUY THERE IS THE WORST PLACE”

On contacting on email id, ticket number is generated, concerned person called and ask him to call back after half an hour...
No call back after that....
Without prior intimation directly scheduled the pick up without asking wen to be done....
On website they have displayed whatsapp number to contact, worst of all, no response to message...

“Company is highly unprofessionalism. Their customer care never replies over mail or social media as well. If you dial their customer care the waiting time is half an hour and all executives are clueless to offer any solutions. I am tracking for my refund from past one month. After dropping chain of mails there is no response.”
