“Mail says "You have recently used Grafter to find people for a job", incorrect as I have used it to find work so I will review from that angle. It seems useful for linking people looking for casual work with others who need some skilled or unskilled work done. It took a while for me to be selected for work, but I've now had 3 jobs in the last month. Work details and rate are agreed beforehand via chat and payment is through Grafter which works quite nicely. The only glitch I've had is that after reaching the level for benefits in July I wasn't put forward to Collective to enable registration. This is ongoing, but both Collective and Grafter have been quick to respond and I expect a resolution fairly soon. Overall I would recommend it to others looking for flexible casual work.”

“Did not tell me that a charge would be added ontop on the daily rate , otherwise I would have offered a lower rate to the grafter to account for this . Could be more transparent about this .”

“The app works well. Some grafters are greats others cancelled before starting work. The app does what it says so I'm happy”

“I have used Grafter to find someone we needed for a temporary contract The way the people can be chosen is a good format with plenty information. I would rather pay for the advert though instead of the percentage taken from the salary. The technical glitches are still an issue though with updates and applicants”

“With labourers in short supply using a platform to extend reach is a good strategy. The business process seemed robust and support provided quick turnaround and close engagement. I think employers would be interested in the employee value proposition. This wasn't visible to me, although I'm sure it must be on your website.”

“Ease of employment was very good, and the two workmen got the job done. Only thing is, I found the payment arrangements very difficult indeed to understand, not at all intuitive.”
