“Hi guys, first off I think the idea you've had is brilliant and it got me two weeks work with some really decent people so that's the most important thing. Communication between the platform and my client wasn't great as he didn't really know what was going on with how to pay us (he did pay us though, so all good). The guys I was working with all had trouble getting id and tax verified so that could be easier. The website is buggy, my DOB changed twice on it's own! Lastly the options above are 1,2,2,4 and 5 stars. Overall a great idea and I will use it again next time I need work. Joe”

Hi Joao, this is the first time we had heard this. If you had contacted us we would help to make sure you get paid. I spoke to the client, he has been away for a couple of days but will make the payment this afternoon. In future, any problems please contact us through support instead of posting a review!

“Absolutely brilliant! Had no idea where to find some people to just help me move house. We got 6 responses straight away, hired 4, 3 turned up 1 didn’t bit it didn’t matter. If you pay a decent wage, you get decent people. Excellent platform and I will definitely use this again, personally as well as for our business!”

“I used Grafter for the first time recently and would definitely use their site again. The process was simple and I found my labourer in no time at all. It’s just a shame this is for one-off jobs only, there’s a need for something similar to find regular workers too (eg. Gardeners).”
