“Excellent platform to find workers. I got two guys in a quite short notice, and helped me load a truck. All easily arranged, easy to pay and the platform fee is pretty low compared to other services.”

“We employed Daniel to help us with a corporate event. He was a great help, keen to get stuck in, he was professional, polite and friendly when interacting with customers and good company throughout the day. Did more than his fair share of heavy lifting with setting up and putting away our equipment. Highly recommended.”

“Chris turned up on time every day which is very important to me. He was set various tasks to do. He completed them all each day and worked very hard. He was polite and well mannered. A great grafter.”

“This company has not fulfill what they said. At the beginning they hold the money to check you details as a bank, social midea, address…. After that they say you will get paid with YOUR money at the next day into your bank account. They hold you money, using it then you have to begging then where’s your money. I prefer to use what I have when I know if they money come into to the bank the next or 2 days after the transition. I have my words and it’s better to stick with what you know. There’s Zettle, PayPal and others that never give me heartache. Goodbye”

“Had 20 number people apply, most didn't turn up, 1 lasted 4 minutes. 2 guys ok, A team said they would take a day it took 3 days. All in all a poor showing and level of worker.”

Hi Kenneth, I see you posted 2 jobs. The first one you offered the job to 2 people. Neither accepted the job offer but you had 24 other applicants you could have considered. The second time you hired one person but he cancelled 2 days before the job started. There were 6 other applicants who you could have hired as a replacement. If someone can't make it please do try other people. There are plenty of workers on the platform keen to work.

“I don’t think the website is the easiest to navigate, when you are looking to hire someone. I paid for the one off £20 plus vat option and was let down on the day by both of the people I selected, if I had the option to contact more people, I wouldn’t of been left without any staff that day, due to this, I won’t be using this site again. With other platforms ie. at least if you’re the one looking to spend out and hire it doesn’t cost you anything. Waste of money, waste of time.”

Hi Ali I am sorry you were let down by someone you found through Grafter. With each £20 you can get contact details of 3 people. So it one lets you down you still can contact 2 more. Sometimes clients manage to hire 3 people for £20 which is extremely good value compared with most job sites where you pay £60 up-front to post a job and may not even find someone. Regards Grafter
