“Payment and contact was easy online. Can't make any changes online after booking is made so had to email customer services. Worked also changed hours during the job which they shouldn't be allowed as they don't have the insurance cover. Start and finish time would be a great addition, like a timesheet so it is easier for hirer to pay for what they received.”

“So far Very pleased with the site. I have completed one 3 day jobs so far and was paid the within 2 hours of the job finishing. Easy to use and very ideal for ad hoc work”

“Great site - got responses to the job in minutes of posting it. The site responded to a query I had straight away. One quibble - I don't think it was clear what the charge for using the site was upfront. It was reasonable - but should have been clear upfront.”

“Got a guy to help with labourer tasks for the next day. He worked out really well. Site was easy to use, and got a bunch of replies within hours. Will use again, definitely.”

“I had issues with the grafters I hires, 1 was a no show despite accepting the job, and then had the audacity to decline the offer 30 mins before he was to turn up The other was someone who was adverse to work and left site 2 hours before he was to finish as I was called away for a meeting. Both issues I raised with Grafters and they addressed them professionally with the grafters and promptly overall good service”
