“One of the 10mm samples was incorrect & I called to ask for it to be replaced. The person I spoke to was very dismissive. She said it would be sent out to me. On further consideration I called back to ask for it to also be sent in the 20mm. I got a different rep who told me it did not exist in 20mm so I cancelled the replacement. In retrospect I think he was telling me that the Lappato did not exist for outside (as it's shiny) but there is a matching 20mm matt tile? Not very clear or helpful.”

Sorry to hear this, samples are sent out on a 3-5 working day delivery service so we ask that you contact our customer services team if your free sample has not arrived 5 days after dispatch. They will be happy to send out a replacement if required.
