They tried to charge me an extra £1000 as meter had broken and after reporting it 4 times!! and 3 missed appointments due to them not turning up to replace meter tried to advised i have used extra electric!! Complained to ombudsman who reduced bill to £250 and Green Star were made to award me a token amount due to the poor service received.

Can’t give them a zero Got a smart meter fitted last year and they were totally unable to get it to work despite many many emails between us and a barrowload of false promises official complaints Decided to leave them in may and transferred to another company termination of service on 3/6/20 it’s promise of final bill by 6 weeks still not done now saying it will take another 4-6 weeks then they will still probably have the cheek to charge me for leaving A totally incompetent company with no ethics or honesty do not entertain for your energy needs Robert Baillie

Absolutely zero customer service. they are still sending out bills to me even though they stopped being my provider months ago. never read the meter- even when asked to do so- make random estimates. Don't think I will ever get them off my back.

Yes completely bad company no customer service skills at all put you on hold for hours with no answer or call back changed my Dd to £511.00 per month

Joined beginning of November with a FIXED 18 month direct debit contract of £55 a month. By November 29th it was increased to £63 after a review of my usage(?@!) Crooks. Incoherent customer service hung up on me twice. As below, please avoid these gangsters.

Don not deal with this Company! Send in exact readings then they will a day later "add" on estimated reading of their own plus vat etc. Awful customer service I spent loads of money photocopying and sending facts via recorded delivery to no avail!
