“as a customer at one of greenekings establishments ( barley farm,Eccles.manchester) I returned a meal thatvwas sub standard .
I received a phonecall from the manager he was screaming abuse down the phone .belittling me and intimidating and yo really make itbworse he made threats to me regarding my job ( nhs , critical care)
I reported this very upsetting call to guests relations @ greeneking they totally ignored it i constantly was asking is this policy to endorse bullying and intimidating behaviour towards customers. I ve even sent reviews from several customers from different sources on line where hes been described as " rude, a bully, obnoxious and ignorant"
And how has greeneking delt with this ??
They have blocked me from sending e-mails . Because ive asked if they can confirm if its their policy to shield& protect ,bullying from their employees to staff & customers.
Shows us just how little or NO intrest greeneking have towards their loyal customers.
Endorsement of bullying threatening staff .......
Greeneking should be ashamed. Not even an appology .
